How Cavare Ratings works for health care providers:

You can find your company listing by accessing Cavare Ratings and typing your company name or city into the search engine. Your company profile includes a picture (if available) and company background information that our staff retrieved from your corporate website.

Please spend the time to review your profile, and if you have any changes or updates you would like made, please email us. If your state is not yet listed, it will be soon. If you do not see your company, please let us know by emailing us at admin@cavareratings.com, or by filling out our “List Company” form.

Customers will be able to access your company through the same search tool and see reviews of your company, along with the reviews of your competitors. In order to build your company’s reviews, we suggest taking the following steps:

  • Reach out to your customers and request them to provide feedback. The credibility of your company will increase as more reviews are added!
  • Put your company’s cavareratings.com link on your company website, making it easy for your customers to provide feedback. Directing them to your website to find the link will show that you value their opinion and will help keep your company top-of-mind as they visit your site more frequently.

The more favorable reviews your company scores, the higher rating you will receive – and ultimately be more favorable to potential customers.

Cost to you:

This site is free to both the users of the website and care providers, such as yourself. The only cost we ask of you is your time and diligence in using this marketing tool. The more time you put into your profile and encouraging your customers to use the service, the greater rewards your company will enjoy. Major corporations spend millions of dollars researching and testing products with customers. Cavare Ratings saves you money by providing you this costly information for free.

Owners FAQ

Q#1 – How do I list my company/service on Cavare Ratings?

If your company is not currently listed on Cavare Ratings and you’d like it to be, visit our List Company page.

Q#2 – Can I ask my customers to write Reviews?

Yes.  While you cannot submit reviews on behalf of users, you may ask your customers to write a review of their experience using your service. We encourage you to do this – the more reviews submitted, the more credible the ratings will be.

Q#3 – How do I remove my listing?

Because we want to be a complete source of care providers for our members, we will not remove a listing at the management’s request. If your company is permanently closed and you’d like to remove your listing, please email us at admin@cavareratings.com.

Q#4 – Instructions for writing a management response to a review

To write a management response to a review, do the following steps:

  • In the comment title box, write “MANAGEMENT RESPONSE”.
  • In the comment box, refer to the posting you are responding to (i.e. title/date of the review).
  • Respond to the review.

Q#5 – Does it cost anything to be listed?

No, there is no cost to be listed.

Q#6 – How do I change my listing?
